  • velmi dobrá a bohatá snídaně, sauna v ceně, velký bazén, bowling.... ubytování jsem objednala přes internet- s velkou slevou, v tomto případě byl poměr cena x kvalita velmi příznivý.

  • V nabídce na internetu /myslím, že na Hotely.cz/ byla informace o squashovém kurt-mylná. Přivítali bychom možnost wi-fi připojení na pokojích. Sauna by si zasloužila větší prostor pro relaxaci, líbil by se mi i nápojový automat /i v jiných místech hotelu/.

  • Velmi si ceníme přístupu personálu v recepci hotelu, recepční které se nám věnovaly byly velmi profesionální, snažily se nám ve všem vyjít vstříc a měly příkladné vystupování. Také se domníváme, že práce pokojských je v hotelu velmi důkladná, pokoje jsou čisté, upravené.

  • Teplota vody v hotelovém bazénu by mohla být trošku vyšší. V pátek po 18 hod. se voda postupně dohřívala, bylo cítit jak se doplňuje teplá, v sobotu ve stejnou dobu byla voda studená.
