děkujeme za Vaši návštěvu v hotelu Duo. Je nám velice líto, pokud došlo k nesrovnalosti v potvrzené ceně ubytování oproti požadované částce v hotelu. S největší pravděpodobností došlo k technické chybě při zadávání rezervace. Rádi bychom tuto situaci řešili přímo v moment, kdy jste byl v hotelu, pokud byste částku rozporoval přímo u kolegů na recepci nebo MOD manažera a samozřejmě bychom nastalou chybu napravili.

V tuto chvíli bychom Vám rádi nabídli jako kompenzaci slevu ve výši 25% z pultové ceny na Váš budoucí pobyt. Prosím v tomto případě nás kontaktujte přímo na emailu - [email protected] s odkazem na tuto záležitost. Omlouváme se za nedorozumění a těšíme se na Vaši budoucí návštěvu.

  • Freundlicher Service, Frühstück war sehr lecker aber nach 3 Tagen etwas eintönig Alles in allem würde ich gerne wieder kommen

  • Es sollte offensichtlicher sein was im Preis inbegriffen ist, wir wussten bis zum letzten Tag nicht, dass Bowling Pool und Sauna umsonst gewesen wären, es stand im zimmer nur 20% ermäßigung
